Eko is a modelling and acting discovery platform that get you in the eyes of the right people who make the decisions. We act on your behalf and promote you via our platform to clients looking to hire models, actors and creators for upcoming shoots and campaigns.

At Eko, we don’t just "list" talent, we discover it. We are a promotional platform designed to put you directly in front of the decision-makers who hire for Ireland’s most exciting shoots and campaigns.

How Eko Works

Think of Eko as your professional megaphone. We act on your behalf, showcasing your profile to our network of creative directors, brands, and production houses.

• The Platform: We host a curated database of talent that clients search when casting.

• Representation: We are a promotional platform first. Formal representation and talent management only apply when we are actively negotiating a contract or job on your behalf.

• The Goal: To bridge the gap between "undiscovered" and "booked."

We celebrate diversity in all forms. Our platform is for:

• Commercial Models: Faces for digital, print, e-commerce, and TV ads.

• Actors & Creators: Focused on screen, commercial, and digital content.

  Please Note: We do not currently represent writers, voice-over artists, individuals under 18, or models exclusively seeking runway/catwalk work.

The Path to Joining

Step 1: Application

Submit your application through our portal. Be sure to include a clear headshot and resume-these are your "business cards" in this industry.

• What happens next? Our team reviews every submission. Keep a close watch on your inbox; we aim to respond as quickly as possible.

Step 2: The Open Day (By Invitation Only)

If your look and skills align with our current client needs, you will be invited to an Eko Open Day at our Dublin studio.

• What to expect: This is a chance for us to meet you in person, see how you move in front of the camera, and discuss your goals.

• Location: Our O'Connell Street studio (Strictly Appointment Only).

Does it cost anything to join Eko?

We believe in transparency. Joining the Eko platform is completely free. We do not charge a fee just to have your profile on our roster.

Our Promise: All costs for these optional services are clearly communicated and agreed upon ahead of time. There are no hidden fees, only investments in your professional growth.

Professional Expectations

The secret to a successful career is simple: Being there. Casting calls move fast. You might receive an audition notice today for a shoot tomorrow. While we do our best to provide notice, we don't control production deadlines. Constant availability is what separates professionals from hobbyists.

Being a "natural" is great, but talent is a muscle. We highly encourage our actors and models to attend workshops, work with coaches, and constantly refine their skills. The more you invest in your craft, the easier it is for us to sell your talent to clients.

Existing Representation

Already have an agent? No problem. We are happy to work with talent who have existing representation, provided you have cleared this with your current manager first. Transparency is key to a healthy career.

How long before I get my first job?

Success in this industry is a mix of timing, look, and skill. While we cannot guarantee an immediate booking, we work tirelessly to ensure every person on our platform gets the visibility they deserve.

What if I can't commit full-time yet?

We still encourage you to apply! However, communication is vital. Keep us updated on your schedule so we only put you forward for jobs you can actually attend.

Do I need professional photos? Who do you represent?

While professional shots help, a clean, well-lit "polaroid" style headshot is enough to get started but we do insist on professional images when applying. What matters most is that you look like your photos. We do offer a professional headshot service. To book a slot you can book by clicking here
